Core Curriculum

Pentzke Group II, LLC has developed a curriculum to provide formal education opportunities designed to enhance and meet various stakeholder needs. This curriculum recognizes that successful businesses have valuable products and services (technical skills), effective operational processes (construction administration), strong & responsive leadership (business acumen), and viable & healthy strategic relationships (business-to-business). Program-specific syllabi are developed based on contract requirements and protégé & mentor feedback. Courses, material, instructors and accreditations are evaluated in cooperation with stakeholders to bring each program the most effective, efficient and fiscally responsible formal training and coaching plan possible. Many of our programs are designed so that participants completing the entire program receive Continuing Education Credits (CE).
