How We Do Business

Our program model offers a flexible framework that allows us to:

actionplan.png
  • Introduce new initiatives as programs mature

  • Pioneer best practices in the prequalification of MWBE/DBE CEO owners and corporate mentors

  • Successfully match protégé with mentor corporations who can help affect positive change the MBWE/DBE’s bottom line

  • Be a catalyst to spur economic growth with this underutilized MWBE/DBE sector

Our programs are unique as we provide opportunities for protégé and mentors as business owners, employees and leaders. Curricula are multi-tiered allowing protégé to advance through the Program and to become better leaders in their businesses, industry and community. Through mentoring, training and networking events members are able to enhance business acumen, nurture leadership skills and facilitate relationships so they can build more collaborative environments enabling them to realize synergies in their own teams, projects and businesses.

Customer Satisfaction

Our customer chain is very, very long.

Obvious customers are the clients that pay us but we have a great responsibility to our protégé, mentors, industry and community as well. When our programs are fully deployed, all stakeholders realize gains. We assist in the personal and professional development of protégés creating more stable small businesses to our communities; programs are designed to bring value to all stakeholders by:

  • Services offered

  • Monitoring program success against performance measurements of value to stakeholders.
