Since 2000, Pentzke Group II, LLC has developed, facilitated and managed successful mentor/protégé programs to provide increased learning & development resources to Minority/Women Owned Entities (MWBE) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE).

Comprehensive programs provide education, mentoring and networking opportunities for MWBE’s & DBE’s so Prime and General Contractors can better utilize these firms. Mature programs are able to provide comprehensive business assistance to these small businesses that has proven to contribute significantly to accelerating their business growth.

Program success can be measured by increase in the number of qualified MWBE/DBE contractors.

Programs are founded on three core elements of professional and personal development: training, networking and mentoring.
